So i'm in the computer lab right now just waiting, trynna kill some time before my jotabol practice at 7...and to think i got out at 3:30. haha. I feel hella disconnected too. I found out, right when i got to my first class that my phone was low batt and was on the verge of dying. FML.
...I stayed in the computer lab for like an hour and a half and managed to get my stats hwk and a bit of my genealogy project done. I then headed to the atm machine where I finally deposited a check that i got from working inventory at nordstrom after having it for two weeks now. I finally figured out how to deposit a check after so looong. Anyways, I just waited at the lobby waiting for iris or lance to come by because I didn't have my phone. They arrived and we just chilled there. It wasn't so bad, jordan and mark stopped by. AND so did this one person that we've met but I didn't recognize. I was just sitting around and I looked over at this one guy who looked so familiar, but I wasn't sure. Then he asks, "are you guys here for the practice too?" I said yes, and that's when arianna comes walking down the stairs from the terrace. That's when I remembered that we met Boomer, that's his name, through Arianna. We just chilled there for a good half hour before practice and it was pretty funny cause he showed us shaq and the jabbawockeez at the all star game. haha. check it out if you haven't. he's fcuking ginormous!
Turns out we were late for practice. We thought we were going to meet at the lobby, but apparently we were supposed to have been in the dance studio already by that time. Woops! Jotabal was pretty fun though despite my now hurting calves and shoulders. The people are chill too. We got partnered up, and my partner Mike is hilarious! Overall good day, compared to the last practice. Now that was a failure, lol.
